Shipping Policy

General

All orders are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on the website, but it stock discrepancies may occur from time to time. In such a case we will not be able to fulfill your order completely. All our stock are limited, and may change at any given time.

Processing times

Please allow 1 – 3 days for your order to be processed. I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders will only be couriered once payment reflects in the bank account. Proof of payment can be sent via whatsapp (083 825 9072) or sent to lokarandburg@gmail.com.

Notification of successful orders

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your span filter or contact me via email (lokarandburg@gmail.com) for information. I will not be able to make changes to your order once it has shipped.

Shipping

Your order will be couriered using Pudo Courier Guy, which costs R60. If your parcel is too big to fit into a small Pudo locker (60 cm x 41 cm x 8 cm), you will be charged for a standard courier service with Courier Guy. The standard courier fee to all main centers is R95. If you are situated in a remote area, the courier might be more (in this case I will obtain a quote for you). You will be invoiced separately if there are additional courier charges. Courier can take anything from 3 – 5 days, depending on your location. You will be provided with a waybill number so that you can track your order.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. Responsibility will not be accepted for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
Collection can be arranged via appointment if you are in the area.
Loka Randburg shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the ordered items. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at lokarandburg@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
