Returns and Exchange Policy

If you wish to return or exchange any item(s) you have purchased from me (#LokaRandburg), you are required to inform me (#LokaRandburg) within 48 hours of delivery. Items can be returned directly to me in person within 5 days from the date of delivery, or via courier (at clients own expense). Any courier service of your choice can be used for returns. Please note that all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by #LokaRandburg

Exchange Policy Conditions

Due to the limited quantities available an exchange for the same item in a different size cannot be guaranteed. If #LokaRandburg is unable to source the same item, you will be given a credit note for the original purchase value. This can be used for another item of the same value or more. If the value is more, you will be invoiced for the balance. Delivery of exchange will be invoiced to the client.Credit noted are only valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Returns Policy Conditions

At #LokaRandburg I would like my clients to be happy with their purchases. If you have changed your mind regarding a purchase, I will exchange your item or give you a credit note (valid for 6 months from date of issue) for the same value of your purchase provided that:·

1.  I am notified within 48 hours of delivery of purchase of any faults, queries and/or issues in writing·
2. You return the item within 5 days from the date you’ve received your purchase·
3. The item is in it original sale-able condition
4. With all original tags and sewn labels still attached
5. In an unworn, unused state

If you are unable to comply with the above requirements, #LokaRandburg reserves the right to refuse an exchange or credit refund on change of mind items Please note that damaged/flawed clothes as a result of wear and tear will NOT be considered for repair or replacement.
